Soke Morris has more than 50 years teaching experience, and is widly regarded as one of the most highly qualified and skilled Martial Artists outside Japan.
The young Morris trained with Professor Alf Morgan, the first Briton to be trained by Japanese Jiu Jitsu Master Sensei Yoki Tani.
On receiving his 4th Dan, Richard Morris set out to research a Jiu-Jitsu style most suited to modern requirements, and in the process became chairman of the British Jiu Jitsu Federation and Director of the World Jiu Jitsu Federation, until 1986 when he resigned both posts to take up his position as head of Jiu-Jitsu International which became one of the biggest most highly reputed organization of the world.
